The application process at Figurad is transparent and efficient. To us this is important.
You send us your CV. We review your work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications.
If your CV meets our criteria, we’ll get to know each other in an initial conversation, where we’ll explore your experience and motivation.
We provide feedback and give you an honest review.
You meet your direct colleagues and another partner. If you wish, you can spend half a day working with our team, giving you an accurate impression of what a workday looks like (Job Shadowing).
You receive constructive feedback and a decision regarding your hiring
You sign your contract, and we prepare a smooth onboarding.
On your first day, we'll introduce you to your colleagues and you'll meet your mentor. After your onboarding, you'll receive the necessary job-specific training. Welcome to Figurad!
Accessibility and modern workplace at Figurad
Commuting by bike, (electric) car, or train? Our offices are easily accessible. We have our own charging stations, and we are also quite proud of our offices. The architects at Buro H+C have worked hard to make our office a very comfortable place to work.
